A social scientist with 20 years of leadership experience in higher education, she founded the ICBA Youth Engagement Society and contributed to the Arab Women Leaders in Agriculture fellowship program. Dr. Alzaabi serves on several advisory committees, including the UAE’s Ag-Tech Development Committee, and previously directed Dubai Women’s College. As an edupreneur, she has received multiple awards, including the 2015 Businesswoman of the Year by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
